"I have found almost everything ever written about love to be true.

Shakespeare said ‘Journeys end in a lover’s meeting’.

What an extraordinary thought.

Personally I have not experienced anything remotely close to that, but I’m more than willing to believe that Shakespeare had.

I suppose I think about love more than anyone really showed.

I’m constantly amazed by its sheer power to alter and define our lives.

It was Shakespeare who also said ‘Love is blind’.

Now that is something I know to be true.

For some, quite inexplicably, love fades.

For others, love is simply lost.

But then of course, love could also be found, even if just for the night.

And there’s another kind of love, the cruellest kind, the one that almost kills its victims.

It’s called unrequited love.

Of that, I am an expert.

Most love stories are about people who fall in love with each other, but what about the rest of us?

What about our stories?

Those of us who fall in love alone.

We are the victims of the one sided affair.

We are the cursed of the loved ones.

We are the un-loved ones, the walking wounded, the handicapped without the advantage of a great parking space.

Yes, you are looking at one such individual.”

That, is the opening to the show 'The Holiday'. You got to admit it's beautiful. It was narrated by one of the main characters of the show.

Just beautiful. The show is really sweet. I never knew simple words, with a little sincerity could be so beautiful, sweet and heart-melting. Yes, heart-melting. I can't believe I'm saying that, I mean me of all people, but it's true.

"I've never been to England, I've never been to Europe. If I come over there will you go out with me on New Year's Eve?"

Ok, I know it's said by Jack Black, (Haw Haw Haw) but nevertheless it's really sweet.
And the best parts of the movie is

1. it stars Cameron Diaz aka Princess Fiona from Shrek, Kate Winslet from Titanic and Flushed Away, and Jack Black. (haw haw haw)

2. it played one of my fav song "Are you going to be my girl" from Flushed Away soundtrack (haw haw haw)

3. Amanda, played by Cameron Diaz is a hollywood movie trailler maker!

4. Jack Black playing Miles (what the hell is with that name) is a Film Music Composer!!!! OMG!!!!

I think that's all. (haw haw haw)

oh yes!

5. the music for this movie composed by Hans Zimmer!!!!!

Anyway... Despite the movie, I'm rather disappointed with life lately, but if I were to put this down here, it'll ruin the entry.
